The 2013 Gorge Days "Too Hot for the Streets" Car Show brought nearly 300 vintage, custom, classic and modified stock entries to North Bonneville's City Park. The green grass and towering trees provide a perfect backdrop to highlight the beauty of the cars. City Park also offers a wonderful spectator experience with plenty of shade and places to take a break while viewing the cars.
The Too Hot for the Streets Car Show is hosted and coordinated by the North Bonneville Fire Department. Judging is done through a mix of department members and other individuals recruited from the crowd. Award categories include Best of Show, Best '30s, '40s, '50s, '60s and '70s era cars along with Best Paint, Best Chrome, Best Muscle, and the People's Choice, Mayor's Choice and Judge's Choice.
The city of North Bonneville thanks Fire Chief JB Tennison and his incredible crew for putting on another widly successful Too Hot for the Streets Car Show. All proceeds from the Car Show go towards new equipment, tools and supplies for the station and volunteers.
